PHIL EMBASSY REMINDERS WHEN APPLYING FOR CONSULAR SERVICES
The Philippine Embassy wishes to provide the public with the following when applying for consular services:
- Regular office hours of the Embassy are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Consular clients are advised to submit the required documents ahead of their appointment date for initial assessment and evaluation.
- Documentary requirements are to be sent to bogota.pe@dfa.gov.ph.
- Visit the Embassy only on the day of your appointment.
- Secure an appointment by scanning the QR code or by accessing bit.ly/consular-appointment through the browser on your device.
Everyone is encouraged to observe the office hours of the Embassy and plan their visits accordingly.
