MICROSOURCING PHILIPPINES EXPANDS OPERATIONS TO LATIN AMERICA
Bogota, 6 September 2026 – MicroSourcing Philippines, a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) and offshore staffing provider, inaugurated its branch in Bogota on 25 August 2026, serving as its first service delivery center in Latin America.
The office of MicroSourcing Colombia or “Casa Andina,” is located in Colina Campestre, Bogotá, D.C., an upper-middle income residential district with lower traffic congestion and flexible workspaces.
Ms. Heidee Enriquez, Chief Executive Officer of MicroSourcing Philippines and Chair of the HR Council of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), said that the establishment of a new service delivery center in Colombia takes advantage of the multilingual capabilities of the country and its real-time timezone alignment with North America where it has long-standing clients.
Around 40 Filipino employees of MicroSourcing Philippines came to Bogota to provide training to the newly recruited staff of Casa Andina. The new service delivery center is expected to have 350 staff by the end of 2027.
Ms. Enriquez is now looking into expanding the operations of MicroSourcing Colombia into the cities of Medellin and Cali. END
