With reference to our previous announcement regarding the conduct of the Consular Outreach and Voter Registration in Quito, Ecuador, please be advised that the activity will be held on the following date and at a new venue:

Applicants intending to avail themselves of consular services are encouraged to observe the following:

• Documentary requirements should be submitted ahead of the date of consular outreach to bogota.pe@dfa.gov.ph for initial assessment and evaluation.
• Requirements maybe checked at the Embassy website bogotape.org

Voter Registration services cover, a) first time voter registrants, and b) those who want to apply for transfer of voter registration from other Philippine Service Posts to the Philippine Embassy in Colombia. Both types of applicants are advised to bring their passports.
