25 February 2026, Bogotá – In celebration of the National Arts Month this year, the Philippine Embassy in Bogotá proudly introduces the painting “Narcissas,” featuring three young women enjoying the cool waters of the river, displaying innocence and appreciation for the gifts of Mother Nature. Created by visual artist Emmanuel Nim (ENIM) from Polomolok, South Cotabato, The Philippines, the artwork is on permanent display at the Philippine Embassy in Bogotá. – END-
